About Jenn Frazier

Jennifer Frazier is director of Customer Reference Programs at Rosetta Stone. Prior to beginning this position in June 2011, she served as director of training, developing and implementing training for institutional customers in education, corporate, and government environments. Before joining Rosetta Stone in May 2005, Jennifer taught at James Madison University for 14 years and worked with instructional design and assessment strategies within the university.
