Live Webinars with Customer Success

Hello, current and future Rosetta Stone learners!

My name is Jay Topper, and I’m senior vice president of Customer Success for Rosetta Stone. I want to let you know that our Customer Success department is going to hold live webinars every other Thursday, beginning March 17—and once a month in the morning for our European learners. This week’s webinars begin at 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (EDT).

I’ll host these live sessions, and we’ll have other participants from throughout the department. For example, each week you’ll meet one of our awesome Studio Coaches—they’re each a native speaker of one of our languages—and one of our helpful Customer Success associates. The webinars last no more than 20 minutes or so, with time at the end for as many questions as you and other participants might have. Every question is important to us; we follow up on every single one.

In short, we want to make you fully aware of all the amazing benefits you received—or will receive—with your purchase of Rosetta Stone language-learning solutions. There’s our award-winning course, plus live practice sessions tutored by native speakers, access to an online community created to enhance your language-learning experience, and, of course, my department, whose sole mission is to ensure your happy usage of the product you buy.

I love what we offer. And I also love all the people that bring the promise of our language-learning solution to life.

I had the pleasure to meet up with our New York City Studio Coaches last week. I took a five-second video of them as they shouted an encouraging “Come join us in Studio!” Feel free to take a look! I hope to see you this Thursday or some Thursday down the road.

P.S. In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, which is the day of the webinars, I plan to honor my roots by dyeing my hair green!

I am still trying to figure out how to get your software to work and to repair the (2) headphones that have broken.

NNOOOO!! I totally missed the last Webinar! (Last night) DRATS!

Well, if anything, I demand to see proof of Jay with green hair to see if he actually did it like he said he would! Haha!

I just ordered Rosetta Stone and I am still wondering how long the program runs. For example, can I call up 20 years from now and speak with a live tutor in my newly acquired language? I imagine the answer is no, but could you please give me a time frame for your services? Thank you.

Hi Karen, each subscription is for 3 months of access to the TOTALe tools online (Rosetta Stone and Rosetta World). There is the ability to renew once that subscription is over; however, we will not sell you a subscription that you may not be able to use (for example, 20 years into the future). You can use the software product forever, though. If you have any additional questions, just give us a call at 1-800-280-8172! Thank you!
