In early 2011, Rosetta Stone opened its first “experience stores”—revolutionary, interactive environments, in retail settings, where consumers can test out our immersion method of language learning and our award-winning Rosetta Stone® Version 4 TOTALe® products. Over the past six months, we’ve opened in-line experience stores in three locations: Tysons Galleria in McLean, Virginia; Beverly Center in West Hollywood, California; and The Mall at Short Hills, in Short Hills, New Jersey. At each of our experience stores, as well as many of our kiosk locations throughout the United States, you can see, touch, and try our products in over 30 different languages, and you can explore TOTALe Companion™ HD, our app for iPad devices. Of course, you’ll also find the friendly faces of our representatives, who are helpful and knowledgeable about anything related to Rosetta Stone products!
We’re also excited to announce that in early September, Rosetta Stone started launching our new “experience kiosks” in malls nationwide. This exciting, new kiosk design will provide our consumers with the most interactive experience possible. Our guests can interact with other language learners throughout the world, as well as with Studio Coaches who are native speakers, during language-learning sessions. Our new kiosks will host sessions for individuals as well as group gatherings where people will experience for themselves our Dynamic Immersion language-learning program.
